Hopefully we are going on holiday in a few days. Like all good camping persons we have had a trial erection in the garden (phnar phnar) it’s always exciting getting the stuff out. This is a new tent and thank heavens we had a look because we had forgotten which bit went where first!!
Fingers crossed for good weather at the coast.
It’s up. A bit of a confusion at first but all fine now.
Of course we often say why are we going away we have all we need here. Then we remember the cleaning and the cooking and the tidying and we think – ah yes, that’s why!
And while we are away this little guy has to protect the grapes from the blackbird.

It is – it’s bigger than our last one but we cheat a bit and sleep in our SUV (Kamper type van) at our age we like a comfy bed but we still love camping – we are very lucky and I love the ocean.

Fair enough 🙂 I’d love to go travelling in one of those one day. You need to come to New Zealand to see our ocean/beaches! They are very beautiful. We’d love to have you! 🙂

Oh no – too much risk of midnight deflation :-0 We sleep on a lovely double bed in the back of our truck. I often sleep better on that than I do at home in the bedroom.
